The Legal Center provides a full range of legal assistance in criminal proceedings in the sphere of entities’ activity.
This service is an actual one because of complexity and ambiguity of Tax law, corruption in Ukraine and the possibility to bear responsibility through business relationships with unscrupulous counterparties. Therefore, despite the sincere desire to conduct business honestly and lawfully, even honest businessmen can be involved in criminal proceedings and have relations with the Tax Police.
The Legal Center provides legal assistance during:
- Receiving of requests from the Tax Police on provision with copies of documents and explanations;
- Interrogation as witness, suspected or accused;
- Receiving and executing temporary access to things and documents;
- Carrying out a search;
- Execution of other investigative actions during the pre-trial investigation or the court trial.
